About Us

For more than a century, the mission of the Alliance Française network has been to promote the French language and Francophone cultures of the world.

The Alliance Française is the largest worldwide non-profit organization specializing in teaching French as a second language. The Alliance Française currently has over 1,000 language schools and cultural centers in 130 countries, and offers courses to more than 400,000 students each year.

In Canada alone, there are 9 branches of the Alliance Française, and more than 10,000 adults and children take courses in this country every year.

Alliance Française de Moncton was founded in 1999 and is enrolling more and more students each year.
